Refund policy
If QED isn't what you expected, you should not have to argue about it. Fourteen days, no questions asked.

The 14-day window
Any Season Pass purchase can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, for any reason or none. Email info@2chams.com, or simply reply to your Stripe receipt. You do not have to explain why, and we will not try to talk you out of it.
How to ask
One line is enough — the email address on the account is all we need to find the purchase. We aim to reply within two working days.
How the money comes back
Refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 working days. The £49 comes back in full; we do not deduct a fee.
What happens to your access
A refund revokes the Season Pass immediately — the entitlement is removed automatically when Stripe confirms the refund. Your account, your practice history and every free feature are unaffected, so nothing you have already done is lost.
After 14 days
Refunds are discretionary, but we honour them for genuine problems — for example if the service was materially unavailable during your exam window. Ask, and we will be reasonable about it.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This policy sits alongside those rights, and where it is more generous, the more generous term applies.
