Terms of service
These terms apply whenever you use QED. They are written to be readable — nothing here is hidden in the small print.

1. The service
QED provides TMUA preparation tools: free past-paper PDFs (hosted originals of official UAT-UK papers), score logging and leaderboards; and, with a paid Season Pass, online practice, an exam simulator and analytics.
2. Accounts
You need an account for most features. Keep your password safe — you are responsible for activity on your account. You must give a real email address, and there is one account per person.
3. Season Pass
The Season Pass is a one-off purchase of £49 that unlocks the paid features until 31 Jan 2027, covering the October 2026 and January 2027 sittings. It is not a subscription: nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel. Access simply ends on that date.
4. Refunds and cancellation
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the moment you buy: a full refund, no questions asked. Email info@2chams.com or reply to your Stripe receipt. Taking a refund revokes the pass. The full detail is on the refund policy page, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are unaffected by anything here.
5. Fair use
No account sharing, scraping, reselling, or attempting to access other users' data. We can suspend accounts that break this.
6. Content and copyright
Past papers are © UCLES/UAT-UK and are served unmodified, with links to the official source. QED's interface, analytics and original content are ours. If the rights holder asks us to change how papers are served, features may change; active passes will be honoured or refunded pro rata.
7. Service quality
QED is provided “as is” by a very small team. We aim for high availability, especially near exam dates, but cannot guarantee it. Our liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Changes to these terms
Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
